Mindset Matters: Why Progress Isn’t Linear (and Why You’re Still Doing Better Than You Think)
If you have ever tried to lose wright, improve yiur fitness, make lufestyle changes....the chances are you’ve felt this at some point:
“I feel a bit stuck.”
“Nothing’s changing this week.”
“I was doing so well and then life got in the way.”
“I should be further along by now.”
And first things first — let me say this clearly:
👉 There is nothing wrong with you.
👉 This is not failure.
👉 This is real life.
One of the biggest mindset shifts we work on inside Unstoppable You is understanding that progress is not a straight line from A to B. It never has been — especially for women juggling work, family, hormones, stress, sleep (or lack of it) and everything else life throws our way.

You’re showing up even when motivation is low
That is progress — even if it doesn’t come wrapped in a neat number.
The problem?
Our brains love instant feedback, and real health doesn’t work like that.
Why the Scale Messes With Your Mindset
The scale is one tiny data point — but we often let it dictate our entire mood, confidence and sense of success.
What it doesn’t show:
Fat loss + muscle gain
Hormonal fluctuations
Stress and cortisol
Water retention
Better sleep or energy
Increased strength and resilience
