W.O.W Summer Club: Keep Lifting, Stay Strong and Stay Consistent This Summer


Summer can be one of the hardest times to stay on track with fitness.


The routine changes, holidays happen, the kids are off, life gets busier and before you know it, the weights have been pushed to one side and you’re promising yourself you’ll “start again in September.”


That’s exactly why I created W.O.W Summer Club.


What Is W.O.W Summer Club?


W.O.W stands for Women On Weights and this summer version is designed to help women stay consistent with their strength training through the holidays without needing to overthink it.


If you’ve been enjoying lifting weights, building strength and feeling stronger in your body, W.O.W Summer Club gives you a way to keep that momentum going over summer from home.


It’s simple, flexible and designed for real life.


Who Is It For?


W.O.W Summer Club is ideal if you:


- want to keep strength training over summer

- don’t want to lose all your momentum during the holidays

- enjoy lifting weights and following a plan

- want workouts you can do from home

- like having structure and accountability

- want to feel strong, capable and consistent rather than starting from scratch in September

What’s Included?


W.O.W Summer Club is a 6-week online strength programme for women focused on helping you stay strong and consistent over summer.


You’ll get:


- 3 strength-based workouts per week

- a simple structure to follow from home

- support and accountability

- a way to keep lifting without needing to think about what to do


All you need is a set of dumbbells or hand weights and a little bit of space.


Why Strength Training Matters So Much in Midlife


Strength training is one of the best things women can do in their 40s and 50s.


It can help with:


- building and maintaining muscle

- improving body confidence

- supporting metabolism

- keeping you strong and capable

- improving energy

- helping you feel more toned and powerful in your body


And once you’ve started building that strength, summer doesn’t have to be the point where it all stops.


No Starting Again in September


W.O.W Summer Club is all about helping you keep going.


Not perfectly.

Not obsessively.

Just consistently enough to stay connected to your goals, your strength and yourself over the summer holidays.


So instead of doing nothing for six weeks and then trying to drag yourself back into it in September, you’ve got a plan, some accountability and a reason to keep showing up.
