On Sunday 7th December, 5.00pm–6.30pm, we’re gathering at Houghton Memorial Hall for 90 minutes of pure calm, comfort, and grounding — the perfect pause before the festive whirlwind begins.

This session is designed to gently release tired muscles, melt away stress, and reconnect you to your breath. Under soft candlelight, we’ll move slowly, stretch deeply, and create a feeling of spaciousness in both body and mind.
