Candlelight Pilates is a gentle and calming Pilates experience held in a softly lit room filled with the warm glow of candlelight.
The peaceful atmosphere helps you switch off from the outside world and focus on your breath, movement and relaxation.
The session combines:
• gentle Pilates movements
• mobility and flexibility exercises
• posture and core strengthening
• breathing techniques and relaxation
The aim is to help release tension in the body while improving strength, balance and body awareness.
It’s the perfect blend of movement, relaxation and wellbeing.
