Hello lovely ladies,


This week I did something a little different—I stepped out of my comfort zone and onto a stage to deliver a Wind Down & Reset session at a conference!


Over the past few months, I’ve been putting a lot of focus on emphasising the importance of downtime, relaxation, and stress relief. And let me tell you, it’s more than just a ‘nice-to-have’. Taking time to unwind is vital for your overall health and well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally.


Stress is the root cause of so many illnesses and health conditions, and it doesn’t just affect us at home—it can impact us in the workplace too.


The session was a real pleasure to deliver, and I’m so happy to say it was very well received. 💛
