WHAT IS SHRED & PUMP?
SHRED and PUMP is a cardio & resistance workout that is designed to get the heart rate up, challenge your cardio fitness and your muscular strength and endurance using dumbells and kettlebells.
​The Drum & Bass & House music is pumping and energetic. It is a full-body workout that uses high energy cardio combo's using combat moves, punches, knees and kicks, followed by weight training intervals for strength, endurance and tone.
This session leaving you feeling sweaty, happy, pumped, energised and ready to book your next class.
