WHAT IS PUMP & BURN?

​

Pump and Burn is a BRAND NEW workout that is designed to get the heart rate up, challenge your cardio fitness and your muscular strength and endurance using dumbells and kettlebells.

​

The music is pumping and energetic. It is a full-body workout that uses high energy cardio combo's and utilises weight room classic exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls to engage every muscle in your body. 

 

The workout is designed to maximize results for fitness, fatburn and fun. It includes a built-in warm up & cool-down session leaving you feeling sweaty, happy, pumped, energised and ready to book your next class
