AG Fitness, Health & Well-being – Supporting Women Over 40 in St Ives, Cambridgeshire

No two days ever look the same — and that’s exactly how I like it 💚

Running AG Fitness, Health & Well-being isn’t about chasing perfection or following fitness trends. It’s about real life, real women, and real support — especially for women navigating their 40s, 50s and beyond.

As a women’s fitness coach, Pilates instructor and massage therapist in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, my days are a blend of movement, connection, education and care.

Morning: Movement with Purpose 💪

Most days start with movement — not punishment, not exhaustion — but movement that supports the body.

That might be:

Strength training to protect muscle and bone health

Pilates to improve posture, core strength and mobility

Gentle mobility or stretching to support joints and fascia

For women over 40, this kind of balanced fitness routine is essential. Hormonal changes, stress and busy lives mean we need workouts that work with our bodies, not against them.

Coaching Women Through Real Life 🌿

A big part of my day is coaching women who:

Feel stuck with fitness after 40

Are navigating perimenopause or menopause

Want to feel stronger, leaner and more confident

Are tired of dieting, extremes and burnout

These sessions are never just about reps or calories.

They’re about confidence, consistency, mindset and learning how to care for your body properly at this stage of life.

Massage Therapy: Supporting the Nervous System 🤍

Alongside fitness, I also offer massage therapy in St Ives — a vital part of wellbeing that’s often overlooked.

Massage helps:

Reduce stress and anxiety

Calm the nervous system

Ease muscle tension and aches

Support sleep and recovery

Help women feel grounded again

For many women experiencing menopause symptoms, stress or overwhelm, massage is not a luxury — it’s a necessity.

Education, Connection & Community ✨

My work doesn’t stop at sessions. I’m constantly:

Creating workshops and wellbeing events

Educating women about hormones, nutrition and recovery

Building a supportive community where women feel seen and heard

Because fitness after 40 isn’t just about exercise — it’s about connection, understanding and feeling supported.
