🌿 What is Candlelight Pilates?

Candlelight Pilates is a low-impact, restorative class that focuses on:

improving flexibility and mobility

✨ Gentle Pilates & Core Activation

We begin with slow, controlled Pilates movements to gently activate the core, improve posture and support overall strength.

✨ Stretch & Mobility

Release tight hips, backs and shoulders with targeted mobility and flexibility work, helping to reduce stiffness and improve movement.

✨ Deep Relaxation

As the lights dim and candles glow, you’ll move into deep stretch and relaxation, allowing your body to fully switch off.

✨ Guided Meditation

Finish with a calming guided meditation, helping to reduce stress, quiet the mind and promote better sleep.
