Friday Round Up: Women’s Fitness, Strength Training & Wellbeing at AG Fitness & Health 💚

What a week at AG Fitness & Health — full of energy, connection and real progress. From group fitness classes and strength training to massage therapy and women’s wellbeing coaching, this week was a perfect reminder of why I do what I do.

Celebrating 10 Years of AG Fitness & Health

Sunday marked a huge milestone — 10 years of AG Fitness & Health. The celebration was filled with energy, smiles, memories and heartfelt messages from an incredible community of women.

What I’m most proud of after a decade in women’s fitness isn’t just the workouts — it’s the supportive community, the friendships, the confidence built and the positive impact on women’s health and wellbeing at every stage of life.

Women’s Fitness Classes & Coaching This Week

💪 VIP Club – Online Women’s Fitness & Strength Training

Our VIP Club live workouts ran on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, focusing on strength, conditioning and mobility for women — especially women over 40.

The atmosphere inside the group has been empowering, supportive and motivating, with women showing up consistently and feeling stronger week by week.

👟 Back to Basics Step Class

Tuesday’s Back to Basics Step class was all about fun, movement and confidence. A brilliant cardiovascular workout that improves coordination, fitness and energy levels — proving that exercise can be effective and enjoyable.

🏋️‍♀️ Women on Weights (W.O.W) – Strength Training for Women

Week 2 of Women on Weights had a strong upper body strength focus, and the commitment in the room was incredible.

Weight training for women is essential for building muscle, improving bone density, supporting metabolism and boosting confidence — especially during perimenopause and menopause. These women were focused, strong and absolutely smashed it.

💆‍♀️ Massage Therapy for Recovery & Stress Relief

This week also included corporate massage sessions and clinic massage appointments.

Massage therapy plays a vital role in stress management, muscle recovery, posture support and overall wellbeing — particularly for busy women balancing work, family and fitness.

🔥 Unstoppable You – 12-Week Women’s Health Programme

Week 2 of the Unstoppable You 12-Week Programme and the results are already showing.

Clients are building healthy habits, improving nutrition, moving their bodies consistently and — most importantly — feeling better in themselves. Sustainable fat loss, hormone balance and long-term health are always the focus here.

💚 1:1 Women’s Health & Fitness Coaching

My 1:1 coaching clients are also making fantastic progress through personalised training plans, nutrition support and mindset coaching — tailored specifically for women who want to feel stronger, healthier and more confident.

Behind the Scenes at AG Fitness & Health

There’s been plenty of behind-the-scenes planning happening this week, with exciting women’s fitness events, wellbeing workshops and retreats coming up very soon.
