What Is Step with Andrea Gaynor?

This is a classic step aerobics class with a modern twist.

Using a step platform and easy-to-follow routines, you’ll work on:

Cardiovascular fitness

Coordination and balance

Strength in the legs and glutes

Rhythm, confidence and energy

The class is upbeat, inclusive and designed so you can work at your own level. Options are always given, making it suitable whether you’re returning to fitness or already active.
