The AG Fitness & Health Ethos 💜✨
This isn’t a diet.
This is a way of living — and it’s the way I live my life.
I’ve been teaching fitness for decades. I’ve trained, coached and supported women through every stage of life — and I’ve lived it myself.
Here’s what I know for sure:
❌ Miserable dieting doesn’t work
❌ Punishing your body doesn’t work
❌ Life does NOT go downhill after 40
AG Fitness & Health isn’t built on rules, restrictions or quick fixes.
It’s built on standards.
My Story ✨
In my late 40s, my body changed.
My energy dipped.
What used to “work” suddenly didn’t.
I could have accepted:
😴 Constant exhaustion
💔 Losing strength and confidence
🕰 “This is just part of getting older”
But I didn’t.
I got support. I learned. I adapted.
I raised my standards.
I focused on:
💪 Strength
🍎 Proper nourishment
🛌 Recovery
🧠 Mindset
⏱ Consistency — not perfection
Now, in my 50s, I feel better than I have in years — and that experience changed the way I coach forever.

💥 Food is fuel — not something to fear
💥 Movement should support your life, not drain it
💥 Average is not an option — I don’t settle, and neither should you
