The AG Fitness & Health Ethos šāØ
This isnāt a diet.
This is a way of living ā and itās the way I live my life.
Iāve been teaching fitness for decades. Iāve trained, coached and supported women through every stage of life ā and Iāve lived it myself.
Hereās what I know for sure:
ā Miserable dieting doesnāt work
ā Punishing your body doesnāt work
ā Life does NOT go downhill after 40
AG Fitness & Health isnāt built on rules, restrictions or quick fixes.
Itās built on standards.
My Story āØ
In my late 40s, my body changed.
My energy dipped.
What used to āworkā suddenly didnāt.
I could have accepted:
š“ Constant exhaustion
š Losing strength and confidence
š° āThis is just part of getting olderā
But I didnāt.
I got support. I learned. I adapted.
I raised my standards.
I focused on:
šŖ Strength
š Proper nourishment
š Recovery
š§ Mindset
ā± Consistency ā not perfection
Now, in my 50s, I feel better than I have in years ā and that experience changed the way I coach forever.

š„ Life after 40 can be your strongest, most confident chapter
š„ Food is fuel ā not something to fear
š„ Movement should support your life, not drain it
š„ Average is not an option ā I donāt settle, and neither should you
