This programme is all about building strength safely and effectively, in a supportive environment where women encourage each other and feel proud of what their bodies can do.

What Is Women on Weights?

Women on Weights is a structured strength-training programme designed specifically for women.

Using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises, you’ll focus on:

Building full-body strength

Improving bone density and joint health

Boosting metabolism and muscle tone

Supporting hormonal health, especially during perimenopause and menopause

This is not about lifting the heaviest weight in the room.

It’s about learning good technique, progressing at your own pace and feeling strong from the inside out.

Who Is It For?

This programme is ideal if you:

Want to lift weights but don’t know where to start

Feel unsure or intimidated by gyms

Want to improve strength, posture and everyday movement

Prefer small-group coaching with expert guidance

Women on Weights is especially popular with women 40+, but all abilities are welcome. Beginners are fully supported.
