Empower and Elevate Women’s Fitness & Wellbeing Workshop

Sunday 1st February | 10am–1pm | Hemingford Pavilion

If you’re looking for a morning that lifts your energy, strengthens your body, and leaves you feeling supported, motivated and inspired — this one’s for you 💫

The Empower and Elevate Women’s Fitness & Wellbeing Workshop is a fun, welcoming and uplifting 3-hour experience designed to help women feel stronger, more confident and more connected — both physically and mentally.

What is Empower and Elevate?

Empower and Elevate is about more than just exercise. It’s about community, confidence and connection.

It’s about creating a safe, supportive space where women of all ages, stages and fitness levels can come together, move their bodies, learn, share and feel good.

What to Expect on the Day 💪🧘‍♀️☕

This workshop blends fitness, mobility, education and relaxation, making it suitable for all levels, ages and abilities.

🔥 Fun, Feel-Good Fitness

We’ll kick things off with an energising fitness session designed to get you moving, smiling and feeling strong.

Strength training using bands

Step-based intervals to raise the heart rate

Easy-to-follow, adaptable exercises

Fun, uplifting energy throughout

No complicated choreography, no intimidation — just movement that feels good.

🌀 Fascia Release & Mobility

Next, we slow things down and focus on recovery and release.

Fascia release using prickle balls and foam rollers

Relieve tension and tightness

Improve mobility and circulation

Feel lighter, looser and more relaxed

This part is always a favourite — expect lots of “I didn’t know I needed that!” moments 😌

☕ Chat, Cuppa & Real Talk

We’ll finish with relaxed discussion and connection over a cuppa.

Open chat around diet and nutrition

Debunking myths and cutting through the noise

Simple, realistic approaches to healthy eating

Space to ask questions and share experiences

No extremes. No diets. Just supportive, practical advice you can actually use.
