What Is Candlelight Pilates?

Candlelight Pilates is a slower-paced Pilates class designed to:

Build strength gently

Improve posture and core stability

Calm the nervous system

Encourage deep relaxation

The candlelit setting creates a peaceful, soothing atmosphere that helps you unwind the moment you arrive. The focus is on quality of movement, breath and awareness — not pushing, rushing or competing.
