October is Menopause Awareness Month: Understanding Symptoms & Finding Your Strength 🌸

October marks Menopause Awareness Month, a time to start the conversations we often put off.
If you’re in your 40s or 50s and beginning to notice changes in your body, you are not alone—and you don’t have to struggle through it in silence.
As a women’s health and fitness coach based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, I’ve worked with hundreds of women navigating this stage of life. I also know first-hand that menopause changed my own fitness regime—and for the better.
