For years, many women over 40—including myself—have been caught in the relentless cycle of diet culture. We’ve heard it all: low-calorie diets, low-fat fads, Atkins, Keto, and every trend promising quick results. We’ve been told to restrict, to deprive, to eat less if we want to be healthy, fit, and feel good.

Since my late 40s (maybe even before), things started becoming increasingly difficult:

So, at the end of last year, I decided enough was enough. I couldn’t carry on like this... I needed help.
