Join us for a soul-nourishing summer retreat day—Float & Flow: Paddleboard & Pilates—set on the stunning private waters of Lake Ashmore, Hemingford, on Sunday 22nd June.

This unique event blends the calm of Pilates with the adventure of paddleboarding, complemented by gentle meditation, sound healing, and nature connection for a truly magical wellbeing experience designed for women who want to move, stretch, breathe, and unwind.
🌞 What to Expect
From the moment you arrive lakeside, it’s all about slowing down, moving with intention, and enjoying the simple pleasures of being outdoors.
Here’s what your day will look like:
☕ Meet & Greet with Herbal Tea
We'll ease into the day with a warm welcome and a calming herbal tea. This gentle meet and greet gives you a chance to settle in, meet the other women, and begin to shift into retreat mode surrounded by nature.
🧘♀️ Pilates by the Water
Our first movement session is an energising Pilates class on the shore—mobilising your body, opening up tight areas, and tuning into your breath. Whether you’re a regular on the mat or brand new to Pilates, this mindful session is designed to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and centred.
🌊 Paddleboard Adventure
Then it's time to take to the water. You’ll be guided through a gentle intro to paddleboarding (no experience needed!) with plenty of time to build confidence and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of gliding across the lake. It’s the perfect way to reset your nervous system and reconnect with your inner calm.
🍽️ BBQ Lunch & Chill Time
After your paddle, we’ll enjoy a delicious lakeside BBQ lunch, packed with fresh, nourishing options. Then take time to relax, chat, or simply rest and soak up the tranquillity of your surroundings.
🌸 Stretch & Pilates to Rebalance
After lunch, we’ll move into a gentle stretch and mobility session to release tension and bring the body back into balance. A perfect blend of slow, mindful movement to help you reconnect with your breath and soften into the afternoon.
🎶 Sound Bath & Guided Meditation to Close
We’ll end the day with a beautifully immersive sound bath and guided meditation. Using calming frequencies, breathwork, and stillness, this final session will allow you to drift into deep rest, calm your mind, and leave you feeling truly nourished inside and out.
